All of our candles are made and shipped from the UK. Orders are processed within up to 7 working days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm that it has dispatched.

Please note that a 3 week turnaround for more than 4 items. Your items may be done sooner than this however please allow the maximum time.

Each order is individually packed and sealed and sent out in a small parcel via Royal Mail and sent 1st class which typically arrives 1-2 days after dispatch.

MISSING OR FAUTLY ORDERS

Due to the mass of parcels that go through Royal Mail unfortunately from time to time thing's may get lost or slightly damaged whilst they are making their way to you. If you don't receive your item within 10 business days of receiving your dispatch email or your order arrives damaged then please contact us and we will be happy to resolve any problems you may have.

As our products are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is faulty. In which case your order will be replaced with the same products. Please ensure all details for your candle preferences and address are accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors you have made such as spelling errors.
