Botanical Facial Steam Blend

Facial Steams are the perfect reason to stop, relax and take some time for some self care.

The Botanical Facial Steam is a beautiful floral blend of natural botanicals, which have an amazing impact on your skin (and your mind too).

To use: add 1 – 2 tablespoons of the blend to a medium sized bowl of freshly boiled water. Let the botanicals steep in the water for a 1 – 2 minutes. Ensure you are sat somewhere comfortable, and drape a towel over your head to capture the steam. Relax for 5-15 minutes whilst the wondrous botanicals work. If you have sensitive eyes, maybe keep the shut. And breathe.

The botanicals come in a clear, reusable jar and with instructions.

The Botanical Blend:
– Rose Petals – antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, soothing and moisturising.
– Chamomile – anti-inflammatory, soothing, antioxidant rich.
– Calendula – antibacterial, healing,
– Lavender – anti-sebum, moisturising, calming.
