Ready to ship in 1-3 business days

Most items are ready to ship and I do so within 1 business day using 2nd class mail. If you require your item quicker, please select the special delivery option which is an additional charge.
If the item is personalised or you have asked for changes (for instance different chain lengths) then the dispatch time will take longer, usually 1-3 business days.

If you are unhappy with your jewellery please message me with the details. If you wish to return an item for a refund, I am happy to do so within 30 days from the sale as long as the item is returned to me in the same condition that it was sold. Upon receipt, I will issue a refund for the item minus any postage costs.
If there is a manufacturing fault with the item, once it is returned and examined I will issue a full refund plus postage costs.
